Rachel has 15 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy across food, beverage, consumer, and lifestyle brands. Most recently she was the Brand Marketing Director at KIND, where she spearheaded the KIND Fruit & Nut Bar portfolio, KIND Brand Equity, and was a steward of brand's triple-digit growth. Passionate and perpetually curious, she loves the challenge of building new brands. Rachel has a BA in Journalism & History from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Nutrition Science from Tufts University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Michigan Ross School of Business.
A Vermont transplant living in New York City, Rachel spends her time immersed in the fast-paced culture, and all things food.
Kanchan Porta Panjabi
Kanch comes from a background of running her own companies for 10+ years, she loves working with SME’s to help them develop and grow their businesses. Passionate and motived, she thrives on creating and executing out of the box marketing strategies (on-line and off-line) and events. She began her career 13 years ago as a fashion designer. Kanch had her own high-end women’s wear line, a showroom in heart of Central; did runway shows around Asia; and worked with huge brands such as Mini copper, Tatler, and Project Runway. She had been nominated for young creative entrepreneur by Business Week and also won the design category of Perspective Magazine’s 40 under 40. She has a BA in Economics & French from Syracuse University, a Masters of Arts in Fashion and Business from Westminster University in London and is a trained Raw Vegan chef under celebrity chef Matthew Kenny.
Kanch lives in Hong Kong, has two kids and left the fashion world in exchange for consulting and loves to help young companies excel.
